This is rarely found custom pickup for a Mustang bass using four J-Bass  pickup rod magnets per coil. This kind of construction gives a slightly wider magnetic field. The pickup is direct replacement, no modifications needed.  Covers come with the pickup.
Handwound with PE42 magnet wire.
Taste of J-Bass for your Mustang bass tone.
